- Cancellations received in writing before 1st May 2010 will be fully reimbursed, minus 30 € for handling fees.
- Cancellations received in writing from 1st May 2010 to 15th May, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 50% of the total cost.
- No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 16th May 2010.
- No refunds will be made for no-shows.
- Refunds will be processed after the Congress.
